Our Leadership
Our company director, Imelda Komba, is an enthusiastic, confident, and motivated individual who constantly seeks to learn and grow. A reliable, hardworking, calm, and dependable professional, Imelda always meets her objectives and continuously seeks new responsibilities to develop her initiative. Having worked across various roles in the healthcare sector, Imelda has excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Between 2013 and 2014, Imelda worked as a Deputy Manager with Caeffair Nursing Home. She was responsible for assisting the home manager with the day-to-day running of the home and administering medication. Imelda received her master’s in Business Administration from the University of Leicester in 2015, and in 2006 received an Advanced Diploma of Higher Education in Mental Health Nursing.

We Care for Our Carers
We understand that our carers will do an excellent job if they are happy and confident in their role and abilities. As such, training is an essential part of our team induction process. We offer all new staff induction training and an annual update course. Additionally, all team members receive specialist training throughout their time with us, and we have a specialist carer support team who offers assistance, advice and a listening ear to all our carers.
